Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet will offer Cedar Lake 360°, its bi-annual summer intensive experience, July 8-26, 2013 concluding with performances of a new installation by Artistic Director Benoit-Swan Pouffer.
Pouffer will choose 30 participants (age 16-25) for the program. Each day will begin with one ballet class and one repertoire or modern class during the first two weeks. Afternoons will include choreography with Artistic Director, Ballet Master and company members in preparation for installation performances. Final week will include technical rehearsals, dress rehearsals and three installation performances in the Cedar Lake Theater with its 16-member company.
The summer intensive participants will be divided into two groups for the installation performances July 24-26, 2013. One group will perform at 7:30pm and the second group will perform at 9:00pm.
